They're a vast improvement on what they were and they've done a lot of work on enrichment programs to keep the animals occupied.

He is not. I went to the Toronto zoo some years ago in summer and the artic fox and the polar bear were asfixiated of heat.

Their cage was at open air. Not in the temperature it should be.

The space they have is very minimal compared to how much they would have to be active in the wild.
