Can I get some help from the angry net neutrality army?

Between votes to defund Obamacare and give tax breaks to the wealthy, congress has failed to fund a previously bipartisan and universally loved program called the "Children's Health Insurance Program" (CHIP). If they don't fund the program by Friday (12/22), somewhere around 10 million kids will lose their coverage in January 2018. That means kids WILL get sick and die. I'm asking--no begging--the internet army that came out so strong for net neutrality to use those same networks and tools to demand congress fund CHIP. Thanks.
