It’s not necessary but If you do, wait until they are not flowering. Keep in mind that phalaenopsis grow on tree branches and rock crevices

Definitely check the roots, of the roots are squishy/moldy looking, you're over watering. If they're shriveled, it's the opposite.

it's extremely hard to grow orchids from seeds outside flasking facilities. you could try flasking but it's hard to sterilize everything...

Try mixing up their conditions. As noted, different temperature. Different light levels. Move them around.

I have read that Phalaenopsis must feel a temperature change of at least 15 d. Celsius between day and night to start blooming.
