1) The pushback against Doc from even Democrats is crazy and I’ve never seen anything like it. I don’t remember Bernie getting as much flack when he ran for president. They’re pulling out the “he’s a communist jihadist” shit and even Democrats are leaning into it. I don’t think it’s enough to make him lose, but the Dems in power would rather see a Republican win than a left flank candidate pushing for change. The next two years are going to be a civil war. If Doc loses, it’s gonna get ugly.

Mamdani had an uphill fight in NYC because his two fuckboy opponents couldn’t take no for an answer and New Yorkers showed up. I’m crossing my fingers that it happens nationwide too.

Oh, fuck off. We’ve been voting for shitty Democratic candidates for decades. And as soon as there’s an anti-genocide candidate, Michigan democrats spend months ratfucking him to convince enough people in the base to not vote for him so the money can keep flowing into Israel and billionaires can keep the money flowing to their campaigns. Because “vote blue no matter who” just means “vote to keep the support flowing to slaughter brown people in the Middle East and global south.”

In my opinion, most people won't vote for the progressive Left. That is why Bernie, Hilary & Kamala never won. I want a sensible, reasonable moderate. I am pro-abortion and pro death penalty. I'm against someone sitting on death row for 20 years on my dollar. I'm for free, public education, free school lunches, free healthcare and public hangings of Congress and the Trump administration. I'd do it on the National Mall. I'd cut the military budget to pay for some of this.

Listen, we're going to vote for our available dem because that is what it will take to save America. That doesn't mean we aren't going to point out the hypocrisy of the "Vote blue no matter who" crowd suddenly abandoning that principle when the blue candidate isn't a corporate-backed centrist. It has always been a ploy to convince progressives to compromise, and never been a statement of solidarity. The mainstream dem party (and its funders) would rather see Dems lose than elect a leftist.

Call me the eternal if cautious optimist, but I wouldn’t count on Tucker Carlson or anyone similar being the next president. I have no idea who it’s gonna be (there are about 12 viable options), but it’s gonna be a Democrat. Have you seen the blowback against the implementation of P2025? I’m not counting on a pair of blue tsunamis, like in 2006 & 2008, but it wouldn’t surprise me at this point.

The Democrats in power are doing everything they can to sabotage anti-Israel voices running for office. If they succeed, the Democratic base falls apart because stopping the funding of Israel with US tax dollars is like an 80-20 position among Democratic voters. The only options will be a civil war between the base and the elites or the left flank abandons the Democratic Party. Because vote blue no matter who clearly only cuts one way. But time will tell.

The progressives have to mount a hostile takeover of the party the way DJT did of the GOP. If 1 person can take over a party, then certainly millions can. But defeating MAGA should be the top priority. And towards that goal—even if nothing else—Dems must unite. Bc no 3rd-party movement has EVER won at the national level.
