Each sperm will have a slightly different genetic payload, so ... kinda. Depends on how strongly you believe in nature vs. nurture. Failing something like a gender swap, or intellectual handicap or chronic disease that would steer your development and experiences in a different direction, I believe you'd more or less end up as the 'same' person.

Consider fraternal twins. They are no more likely to be like their twin than one sibling is like another. So, yes. The genetic package for each sperm is unique. Consider a large family with say, five kids. You can see the difference in, well, everything, between the siblings.

The egg can be choosy, it can reject sperm without the mothers interaction. So I'm not sure how you would look at this if it was the mothers interaction or the eggs interaction of the rejection process. Also, the idea of the fastest sperm wins, that's not completely true, it can be a team effort. The first sperm usually can't penetration the egg, they'll push together to make it work. ( Some info)
