Forest battle

I few weeks back I was commissioned to an illustration for a musician based on a song of his. The concept was of a child, facing down a bunch of monsters or baddies that each represent the realities of adult life, or growing up. The client wanted a child with toy sword in hand, ready to fight. This was a really fun concept and as im pretty new to this commission stuff, working with the client and helping him figure out how to bring this to life was a pretty awesome experience for me!
