Different states have different laws, some dont allow you to carry a gun unless its visible.

In most places, you don't need to carry an assault rifle around town. In cities, you don't need to carry any sort of rifle.

Western PA here. Open carry is legal here and getting the LTCF to conceal is a pretty simple process.
