How's it taste ya'all down south, watching them serve you up the pile of ash and urine that was once the constitution and legal rights. Still think throwing 'court orders' and legal roadblocks at them is gonna bother them? Stand up and demand trump get removed from office. All of you, even the damn fox news brainrot crew who still desires NOT to be in a Nazi state. Vote down the Diaper clad clown.

cant help but think that second guy would have either broken bones or a bullet in him if he had a darker skin tone

This won't change until Americans start executing ice agents en masse.

Welcome to the, "United States of MAGA" :o(

On a tangent, those 'stitches' where someone just makes faces at the camera, they add nothing of value.

11 months ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Most social media adds nothing of value.

American freedom is weird

He doesn't look particularly Mexican to me. Not that the goon had a right to stop him.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd like to quote Ron white in this situation. "My name is fuck you. Spelled f u c k CAPITAL Y o u. Fuck you."

11 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Funny, he doesn't look Asian...

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What they are doing odds wrong but have they emptied the prisons of the actual convicted felons that are actual illegal’s that are doing their time for the crimes that they caught and are in state prisons that get deported after their sentence is finished? Instead our going after actual is citizens.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes, America has graduated to the "let me see your papers." stage. you have no rights, no due process, no protections.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't talk!

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He needs to call 911 and report armed individuals impersonating police officers.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Your. Papers. Please.

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

Why don't more people shoot these cunts in the face? Their life is over when these ICE cunts decide, why shouldn't the public decide when they die?

11 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

i have a lot of discussions with people saying that political violence isnt the solution, but weve had our right eroding away incredibly fast. They want to have the ability to hide their faces, not identify themselves and do a search without probable cause. Naw, its just a matter of time till these clowns start getting shot at, you cant keep pushing people like this and not expect something to happen.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The second part is years old and had something to do with people trying to cross a border.. Not with the current ICE situation

11 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Language still applies today.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If I remember correctly, they were in Texas and were stopped at a customs inspection stop, which do exist many miles from the border. And it has been found legal that federal customs officers can stop and search vehicles for drugs and contraband, certainly regardless of the drivers/passengers being white and aggrieved.

11 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Be careful saying you don't have to say 'anything'. Many states do require you to identify yourself upon request (dependent on the situation).

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

To police. Not to ICE.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do you have a warrant with my name on it? No? Then fuck off, bc you're on an illegal fishing trip.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everything that makes their nazi job more difficult is a good thing, just be 120% obnoxious about anything they want.

11 months ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

I mean, it’s worked for Republicans right? lol.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

One of these days these cunts are going to roll up on the wrong car and get shot square in the face

11 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

That's what the Nazis are banking on to assume more power. I'm shocked that it has taken this long.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They're escalating even without the justification of violent resistence.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And the only question I will have is why it took so damn long.

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

This was never about criminals or illegal immigration. It was always about harming and disrupting minority communities to send a message that you are not welcome in white America.

11 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

It was a matter of time before they started targeting American citizens, because they have a quota to meet, and they sure as shit ain't going after actually dangerous illegal immigrants to do so. Even if they did, I doubt there are enough of them to meet any kind of quota.

11 months ago | Likes 461 Dislikes 3

Yes that times called like a fking year ago

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"THEY HAVE A QUOTA TO MEET."

That's exactly right. And the Trump claim of there being millions of undocumented immigrants who have also committed violent crimes was totally false. Such a person, if caught, is going to be screwed--imprisoned then deported. Their crime rate is much smaller than for American citizens. So, ICE has to prey upon ANYONE who fits their racial profile. Even Americans. This is fascism.

11 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

This is fucking crazy, I hope a mf'er does this to me. So damn pissed off at our country right now. Fascist pigs.

11 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

They've been doing this for months, clearly the message hasn't reached everyone yet though.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What about the *GANGS* Crypts, MS13, Bandito's, Mongols etc.. Why they don't go after them? Because they will be SHOT DEAD! Easy pickings. They know where each individual gang member lives. Mortgage a set of BALLS & go clean up the worst of what you pontificate about being deportable.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They have been since day one

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

at which point will American citizens start using that 2nd amendment right? because things seem pretty tyrannical now and I've always heard people argue in favor of the 2nd A that that's exactly what it's for.

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

They've already kidnapped dozens and dozens of american citizens. It's a matter of time? No, dude, that time is long gone.

11 months ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 0

Exactly, they did this shit back in the 30s too when the mass deportations happened during the depression.

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Show me your face and I'll show you my id otherwise fuck off nazi

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

"Show me your face, and your badge number".

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Something I will never understand is why it seems to be standard practice for pigs to just repeat the same question time after time after time after time. When they aren't satisfied with the answer provided or the person refuses to answer and repeatedly tells them that, their reaction is to just ask the same thing over and over again. I'm sure it's some interrogation technique and there's a "reason." But to me it's repeating the same thing and expecting a different result. Bullying & harassment

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

They're making it clear they have the power to steal time from you, and often they can try to make those around you think you're a criminal if you kick up a stink. If you don't just cooperate they will waste your time detaining you

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's their bullshit tactics and it's fucking stupid and annoying as fuck.

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

"Bullying & harassment" yes it is that. They know they have the power in the situation and the person will eventually just give up and go along with what they want. If they don't give up, that is when the handcuffs come out and oops bruises.

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

in an actual criminal investigation it serves to verify the witness/victim/suspects statement, because people tend to fill in gaps with made up stuff which is dangerous, also they have to make sure the entire investigation holds up in court when the person gets questioned there...so they go through the persons statements several times to check if the person starts changing their story or maybe contradicts themselves...but that should not happen during a routine traffic stop or when crossing a >

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

> border, there its just ask the standard questions and done, you need to actually have a real suspicion before starting an investigation and real questioning...its ridiculous what is going on in the US, as always somehow...<<<

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

SCOTUS recently ruled it's legal again to racially profile suspects. SCOTUS was on the line back in 2016. So this is the effect of what happened 10 years ago, Trumps 1st term. Imagine what the effect is going to be 10 years from now from Trumps 2nd term. You're in for a ride !

11 months ago | Likes 79 Dislikes 1

And just to reiterate how assassin that ruling is, law enforcement can use your race to arrest you, but colleges can't use it to help you.

There won't be any more anti-Trump voters in the US than there are anti-Kim voters in the DPRK.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Thats the future of the USA and I seriously don't understand why Americans are not more worried about this....

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We are. It may be just that not enough people are ready to volunteer to be part of America's Tienanmen yet.

I'm very worried about a chain of dictators, but I'm not worried that any of the other Trumps will be the ones at the helm. Ivanka will be closest to power, but I don't think she'll get any closer than she already is.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Depends on how well the can transfer the MAGA cult to the next figure head. They could do it more easily to someone with the Trump name.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Saying youre Mexican might be an unfortunate slip in these times.

Chess

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah dude, just shut up and demand a lawyer. Do not talk to these guys!

11 months ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Thats the fun part. Since they don't believe that undocumented get due process anyone they pick up doesn't get to see a lawyer. So without due process you don't get to stand before a judge and prove you are a citizen without outside intervention.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

He should've said "I'm of Mexican heritage, born in the USA. I am a US citizen."

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You don't need to be born in the US to be a US citizen. That's what the whole naturalization process is about. The US allows dual citizenship. You can be BOTH a Mexican citizen AND a US citizen.

The question shouldn't even fucking come up, because it's absolutely useless and irrelevant.

The reason they're asking it is because the next step in the chain is to go after naturalized citizens. They want to couch citizenship purely on where you were born. Mark my words.

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Ya no kidding. People who are a citizen of America should just say they are american

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Indeed. Words Have Meaning
Mexican = Mexican National
Hispanic/Latin(x) = US National
Most of the guys I went to high school with would probably have said something like...
"Hell yes, I'm a Mexican! Let me help you out. I'm a Beaner. I'm a Cholo, ese - but I ain't no wetback, mannnn, and puta madre for suggesting it, cabrón. I was born in San José. You know...the one in CALIFORNIA."

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Especially saying yes when asked if he was a mexican *national*, oof.

11 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

The US allows people to have dual citizenship. You can legally be both a Mexican citizen and a US citizen. Born in one and naturalized in the other.

It's very telling that the question was even asked. They're making it plain and clear that they want to go after naturalized citizens next.

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Also that "I said I'm a citizen (of Mexico)?" is straight out of My Cousin Vinny. Do not use question inflection when making a statement which is not what you mean if that inflection is disregarded.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But also it might make them hesitate the next time they see a “Mexican” cause he probably made an impact in their pea brains

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It won't. At all.

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

:(

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately you are right. If they were that kind of person, they would hesitate to begin with.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sadly, it's the nature of people in the US to identify themselves with whatever ancestry they belong to. As someone from another country, it's weird as hell, but it seems to be common over there.

American born citizens will openly state how they are German, or Italian, or Mexican, even if they've never set a foot in those countries.

11 months ago | Likes 76 Dislikes 5

Because once upon a time you could wear your ancestry with pride because America is a melting pot of the world. Of course there's always been white supremacists looking to put down non-whites but that didn't stop us from acknowledging our roots. Not to mention it gives a clearer indicator of your culture because America doesn't really have one.

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

As part of my job, I have to ask people their race, which is what most people are identifying with when they say this stuff. That said, people seem to mix race and nationality up, it's silly the number of white people who tell me they're "American", to which I have to follow up with "native American?" or "American is not a race"

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, it took me a while to get used to that when I moved here too

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's not that weird actually if your lifestyle fully still incorporates the culture of that nation. Your ethnicity is something you're allowed to be proud of. You're conflating ethnicity and nationality.

11 months ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 5

Especially for minorities, it often stems from being identified by others by your origin. For example as a Hispanic person, you get asked where you're from. Answering with "America" results in further questions, boiling down to being identified by ancestral origin to the point of just accepting that as the "correct" response. Just like mexican-american is a made up term to lessen the amercian-ness of a person of color.

11 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

"but where are you from-from? But where are your parents from? But where are their parents from? Ah, I knew it- you're Mexican!"

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This ^ this so much.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Here's the thing though. MAGA/ICE might not even care whether it's you or your parents that were here illegally. This guy says he was born here, but his parents are Mexican. Are his parents illegal? MAGA/ICE won't care if he was technically born here, because his parents are illegal and thus he is illegal too and they'll deport all those scary brown "criminals". AKA they really don't care if you're illegal or "illegal-adjacent" etc.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

So you assume his parents are illegal?

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Not the point he was trying to make, just that ICE tries to get as many people as they can for any reason they can

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I didn't say that. I said ICE will not care if he personally is legal if his parents are not. He makes sure to specify he was born here, but says his parents are Mexican. ICE could easily take that as the parents are illegal and throw him in the back of a van.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It’s totally normal if you still practice the language, culture, foods, and holidays abroad. America is a blend of immigrant traditions

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Except the food, never put American Italian food in front of a real Italian and expect praise.

Tho as a Swede it do be neat that a few areas settled by our kin still speaks (tbf broken) ye olde Swedish in America.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I’ve had surprisingly authentic Lebanese, Indian, Ethiopian, Mexican, Turkish, and Cuban food in the states ! I think it depends

Racial profiling, racism, and that good old terrible guilty feeling of KNOWING that youre doing the fucked up shit the nazis did right before invading other places and genociding millions

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You should be asking why the woman agent isn't. Clearly she didn't get the memo about their dress code. Fucking bitches the lot of them.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Many states have passed laws now that say law enforcement is not allowed to wear masks while carrying out regular duty.

11 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It's what you do when you're breaking the law.

Because even the KKK realized if people knew who they were, they'd get targeted.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Crimes and stuff.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because ICE has no legal right to detain or arrest US citizens, and if they do, they are outside of their purview and mandate so qualified immunity doesn't apply.

Qualified immunity only applies in the direct and lawful pursuit of work duties any law enforcement person who steps outside those lines becomes personally liable for their actions.

a cop arrests you when you are drunk at a bar and you get hurt because you fight back. Covered. ICE knowingly arresting US citizens... Not covered.

11 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Qualified immunity for police is complete BS as well and should go away

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Because they think it'll protect them from the trials after this administration is in shackles.

11 months ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

Well it won't, crappy consumer level AI can already face ID me and my friends in winter when we wear face coverings and such and match them to the rest of our photos without all those things.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ohh, I am praying for that day to come.

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Got pulled over about 15 years ago and the cop told me to take off my sunglasses cause he wanted to see my eyes.

Now, I'm thinking about putting some N95's in the car so I can hide my face too

He's a fucking traitor!

11 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

He's both.

11 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

That does not preclude cowardice, he's a traitor for sure but he's too afraid to stand for it. He's afraid of the social (and possible not so social) repercussions. But then cowardice and treason often go hand in hand.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Would you not if you were doing crimes against humanity?

11 months ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 0

Well, proper Nazis from 1940s Germany didn't hide their faces...

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

They did in 1931 and 1932 and a bit in 1933 but after that it stopped. Same thing is going to happen in USA. Soon ICE will not have to hide their faces anymore because it will be illegal to talk to ICE agents or something.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'd not work in that job, TBH
