@OP if you liked that menu, you should look at Schleichfahrt (or Archimedean Dynasty as it's called in the EN release). You can get it on GoG, but almost all ingame menus are done via animated screens, really immersive.

I played more descent 2 but have some time in freespace. My computer could barely handle it.
