Still want the live action of this!

I swear Zoe doesn't age at all!

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Definitely popped over to IMDb thinking “are some of these not the voice actors in the animated movie?”

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would absolutely watch THIS live action remake.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wow that would be an epic Disney movie

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Would love to hear Timothy Spall do the “you have disturrrbed the dirrrt” line ?

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Agreed

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That would be a hell of an expensive remake. Do it.

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well done....more than accurate

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I always imagined The Rock as the doctor but Terry Crews would be awesome too. This whole cast would be. + 1

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I always imagined Michael Clarke Duncan, but I guess that's not gonna happen :(

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

youre going off looks rather than acting potential and history of characters... but some of these could definitely pull it off

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why are we not funding this?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This needs to be a thing right now!!!!

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

How about no live action remake since it's a trend that needs to die already.

5 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 4

Who leaked this? You know Its forbbiden

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is the most accurate, spot on celeb match up one of these I've ever seen.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That looks expensive as fuck with the actor choices

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I prefer the Ankh Morpork food groups: sugar, starch, grease and burnt crunchy bits

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The things I would do to hear Hellen Mirren deliver the "I get the same thing with sauerkraut" line

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Why does Tommy Lee Jones fit that role uncomfortably well

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 161 Dislikes 0

Francia Raisa

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Damn i want this just for John Turturro

5 years ago | Likes 167 Dislikes 2

Don't get me wrong, Turturro is great. I would've chosen Daniel Day-Lewis for that part though.

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I don't know if he's still underrated, he's phenomenal. He was especially good in HBOs "The Night Of"

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Don't get me wrong I really like John Tuturro but I feel like Hank Azaria would be a great fit

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

A Cookie quote without casting Cookie??

5 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Wouldn’t #1 be that Daniel Jackson feller from stargate

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

The first Daniel Jackson didn't age well and the second one isn't skinny/boyish looking enough.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Michael Shanks? He's not geeky enough anymore. He's more of an "Action Scientist" now...

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

and six would deffo be teal'c

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

In this case I disagree. Joshua sweet was a lively, animated character. Christopher Judge (Teal'c) doesn't really fit the bill.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

are we going by actor or character, because christopher judge has the better facial structure

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Who is the 2nd person?

5 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 2

Zoe Saldana. Gamora from the MCU.

5 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 0

I really should have known that. Thanks

5 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

I can't remember the last movie she was in where she wasn't covered in green makeup.. I think you're fine. lol

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

She's Uhura in the new Star Trek movies.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Avatar lol

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Star Trek, she was Uhura

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Right you are! I had forgotten about that one.. Oh My God.. It's 12 years old.. I'm getting OLD!

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Would number 8 not be Danny Devito?

5 years ago | Likes 89 Dislikes 3

I was thinking stephen root for some reason

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So anyways, I started acting...

5 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Why not all of them be Danny Devito

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Nah, this casting choice is better.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Nah, it really ism't.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah, Timothy Spall was born to play rodent-looking fellas. He was Wormtail in Harry Potter after all.

5 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 0

I hear what you are saying, but imagine The Barnacle playing Mole

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Danny device would not be a bad choice, but I agree Timothy Spall is a better choice in this case.

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

*Devito

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

No, no. We like Danny device. Danny DeVice would be good too. Sometimes, the drunk elves of autocorrect land sober up and we get gold.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

What if he became DeVice President?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Atlantis and Treasure Planet are the only two Disney animated movies that could be better in live action.

5 years ago | Likes 1094 Dislikes 8

I disagree

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Better no, you want to ruin it?. There are things that should just stay animated.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Atlantis without Leonard Nimoy?? Neverrrr!

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Live action Atlantis is more or less just Stargate (the original movie).

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

They'll prob fuck it up like Mulan and my heart would not be able to take it

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

And at the same time spawn all sorts of furry art

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Live action Captain Amelia? Rowr. Yes please.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Emperors new groove with pantomime llama

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They were great as animated, but yeah, would be awesome live adaptations

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We already have a live action treasure planet: Muppet Treasure Island!

5 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

But treasure planet was in

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Holy shit you're right. I want them now, that would be so cool. And then maybe more would seek out the originals

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

If done well, cut nothing out(because they're already great), put a lot of effort into scenery and effects

5 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 1

I rewatched Atlantis not too long ago, and it actually felt kind of crammed. There's a LOT they could expand on!

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

It’s what, an hour and a half? Could easily expand for a half hour without feeling too long.

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I dunno about treasure planet. Some of the animal/human hybrids might not make the transition too well. Lookin at you, Cats.

5 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And morph.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been saying this for years, only if they don't fuck it up like netflix would

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Also, the animation is fantastic and hard to beat

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Idk man. You could probably show me most shots in the movie and I’d recognize it. The animation was beautiful, and recognizable. Loved it.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wait were those both disney?

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Yes

5 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Both were done as experimentsl like market feelers. Do people like this? No? Yes?

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I hope yes i LOVED treasure planet

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It was not a commercial success

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Awww

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yep, no songs to get rid of.

5 years ago | Likes 247 Dislikes 1

All you need to get rid of is B.E.N.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

No just make "B.E.N." more accurate tot he character he's based on. Less goofy bot more tragic stranded nutcase.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Treasure planet doesn't have songs?

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Depends on who you ask, im of the opinion that songs in general ruin a movie and removing them altogether would make them all better.

5 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 10

My dude right here.

See pixar

5 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Pixar makes great movies, but that doesnt mean the disney movies with songs are ruined by said songs

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I strongly, yet respectfully disagree.

5 years ago | Likes 60 Dislikes 1

I strongly and disrespectfully disagree with that fucking moron

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I respect your respectful disagreement, but I have to disagree strongly.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yeah man, if you could only show him your world.

5 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Shining, shimmering, Splenda.

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It really depends on the genre. Films like The Little Mermaid or Frozen are musicals that rely on the songs for character insight.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Yeah some are downright musicals and it is what it is. Not my cup of tea but great for those that like that.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Some yes, get rid of about half the songs in hunchback and it will be way better. I cannot imagine Mulan without the music.

5 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I mean, we could probably skip the gargoyle acid-trip wannabe genie song
