reaper12345
The Glute Bridge guy is enjoying himself too much.
misho
Uh huh. Get back to me when you've narrowed it down to 1 exercise. That involves pizza.
SometimesIFartInPublic
It may not be much, but thank you @op! I worked out for the first time in eight months this morning!
IllJwill11
That plank gif was long...I didn't make it till the end
WhatDidIJustSee
Pfft, I'm in shape, round is a shape.
sneakysneakysoysauce
You forget...you must do at least one cock push-up everyday.

HoeSkank
I do most of these as a warm up.... So... Yeaaaaa
iHaveATheoreticalDegreeinPhysics
Why is there no GIF for the plank exercise? I don't know how to do it without it!!

1/2 Number 2 isn't a plank. A plank should be resting on your forearms, so you have to work harder to not hit the ground.
HeThrustsHisFistsAgainstthePostsandStillInsistsHeSeesYourMom
Front leaning rest is what it's called, and yeah, it'll hurt after a while but actual planks are much harder
DownBringer
2/2 Anyone can hold that position shown in the image, without much effort.
johnqcurls
Both positions are planks. Either one can be performed incorrectly, making it easier to hold.
Vectorman2
So the one depicted above is the 'girl pushup' version of planks?
100to0realquick
As a PT, good exercises for beginners. You'll hit a plateau within 3-4 weeks, but you can increase intensity to a certain degree.
PolarHailStorm
Including the Jumping Lunge? That's really risky because of the high impact on the knees, so overweight people can easily fuck themselves up
100to0realquick
But, yes, you wanna work up to the jumping part lol.
100to0realquick
It's doable even for obese people pending any joint/ligament pathologies. More of core stability and motor control than landing forces.
MichaelAllen117
There are only 11 here... Based on the picture the missing move is a single leg Romanian deadlift.
MichaelAllen117
No matter what the move is pulls and hinges are completely neglected and arguably more important than core work
OafLikesaSmallBike
Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, run. You will be in shape.
johnqcurls
I would plank instead of sit-up. Evidence points to loaded spinal flexion being bad, and it's easy to get into in a sit-up.
OafLikesaSmallBike
I love doing deadlifts
PacificOutlander
80% nutrition and 20% working out from what I've been told.
hank2247
I would like to star a petition to officially change the name from glute bridge to get somes. (;

#7 is why all slavs look lean as fuck
Vectorman2
I don't get it, do all slavs squat to poo or something?
Jason0625
The Slav squat is my favorite dark souls 3 gesture

ThePickliestRick
Congrats on your absolutely no back or bicep strength
GregorySlipshaft
Well you will work your arms a bit with the push-ups. But yeah, could do with adding some pull-ups as well.
johnqcurls
While I agree, when I was young, I did only pushups and ran for several years. Still had bicep and lat development. Pull-ups or 1/2
johnqcurls
inverted rows would be easy to add to this list and cover everything in a simplistic way. Still not the exact 12 movements I would pick 2/2
PaleJr
I think the intent of this is body-weight exercises. Are there good bicep exercises that don't require equipment?
johnqcurls
Neither pull-ups nor inverted rows require weights. You can buy a pull-up bar that fits in a doorway. Rows: https://youtu.be/OYUxXMGVuuU
PaleJr
A pull-up bar is still equipment. Don't get me wrong, I've got weights and a bar. I was curious because of the post.

Step 1: Eat better
ThePickliestRick
Skinny =/= fit. You need to eat to build muscle
Vectorman2
Yeah, but to do that you first need to cultivate mass.
killerman927
Step 2: Lee's be honest, you didn't do step 1 yet
b0Bm3h
getting in shape =/= loosing weight. You can be skinny and out of shape, or overweightish and in shape
Audreyisdelightful
The most important step
The22ndDoctor
Mmmmmmmmm, butter.
MadVillainousDave
Step 2: Burn more than you Eat.
ThaFoeHammer
Step 3: lift weights instead of flopping on the floor
Vectorman2
I would but after burning down a third grocery store I think the cops are starting to get a little too close, have to lay low.
18yearoldBlackDynamite
thelostcarrot
He just said eat better. Not less. People eat shit and wonder why they can't get thin or build muscle. McDonalds =/= better.
MadVillainousDave
You can eat a lot of better food and still get fat.
YouMightGetIdeas
Not everyone is overweight
JoreckRJasra
Step 3: profit.
SoftFur
Step 4: Pig out. Repeat.
QUIBICUS
Step 5: you were supposed to repeat after step 4 you have gone too far turn back NOW!!!!

Step 6: commit to obesity, enjoy daily pizza!
