Help! Basil pistou compact. My plant is developing yellow spots all over it. There are speckles the size of the spots all over the table it sits on, and now the thyme that was sitting next to it starting to develop the same thing. What is this?

Could be inadequate nitrogen in the soil or possibly a fungal infection.
