This is my girlfriend.
She helped me with me fight with depression. When we first started dating she told me that she had night terrors. We started to skype before bed and i would sing her to sleep. She has not had a night terror since we started dating

It might be. If you don't remember any nightmares then it can be. Night terrors occur outside of the normal REM cycle.
