I told her information that would break her and now I don’t know what to do. I instantly regret sending and telling her. I might end up loosing amazing job that I have currently and I don’t know what to do. I am still crying at this moment because I have no idea what will face me tomorrow and I am terrified.

An update: I didn’t get fired, but I had a heart to heart talk with my boss, I was sent with a warning and will be written up.

I will have to contact my best friend and apologize for my actions, and hopefully she will understand.

Was the information true? Was she going to find that information out without you telling her? If so you did nothing wrong.

It's also justified if it's information she should know and possibly act on. Saying they're being cheated on is gonna hurt, but it's right.
