I never really wanted this for our marriage, but it was something she wanted despite my protests. Eventually I agreed. I will admit i have had fun talking to other people, but honestly it just made me feel more alone. My wife has been very happy and I can tell she's bern at greater ease. She's been much more loving and caring towards than she ever has before. I didn't want it to end.
She started talking to an older gentleman yesterday and today they decided to meet for a date. I could tell she was worried about leaving me home alone, but I did my best to reassure her. We agreed that if she decided she wanted to have sex with him, she'd text and ask me first.
She sent me the text asking for the go ahead and honestly it broke my heart. I gave my consent, but I can't even imagine wanting to touch her right now. I feel disgusted with myself and annoyed that I compromised my values.
