Abdullah II of Jordan

The royal family.

I have been reading up on him and he has repeatedly requested other countries in the region to allow his troops to go in there and take on ISIS. Those requests have been declined, but his Air Force is permitted to bomb ISIS targets in Syria and Iraq and some other places. I appreciate his willingness, drive, and actual actions against extremism, and for tolerance.

Without an iota of a doubt, his wife, Queen Rania, is an accomplished woman and is a perfect match.

The country's leader should be required to serve in the military. Remind him or her of the cost of military action.

He speaks English better than our horse's ass of a president

Donald Trump didn't go to Vietnam because of "bone spurs" on his foot. Oddly enough he developed them right after he finished college.

I bet he flew a brrrrrrrttttt

"Do you still believe good soldiers make good kings?"

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Exactly.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's pretty bad ass, and his wife is a straight up smoke show.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Well this is true king... just think about some kings in medieval era

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Perhaps the king of jordan is a cool dude but gifs with more than one line of text suck badly

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

more like the King of Kicking Ass

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I've been all over the world and Jordan is hands down one of my favorite countries. The people are the nicest I've ever met! It's what 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Everybody wants the Middle East to be, but barely gets the positive press it deserves.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ofc he's willing to do military operations. Dude swiped a phaser. That shit's some real shock and awe.

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

This is why I call bullshit on people who say all Muslims are bad. They are cherry picking. As well those that say they do nothing. Again

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

and his official state owned religious TV station teaches that jews murder babies and use their blood to make matza.

Infowars of course.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He preaches the true ideal of tolerance. Accept people for what they are, let them live happily alongside and help if they need it

Queen Rania of Jordan is such a major babe.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Asma Assad (wife of the dictator) looks stunning too, they have some good taste over there.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It's fascinating to me that someone from Jordan can look so Caucasian. Makes me want to look into their genealogy.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

His mother was English.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

His mother is English.

They have ties to the U.K. IIRC

Protip: Not everyone from the mideast looks like Jafar.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

All people originally from around the mediteranian look like white people with a tan, and the same is true for Persian and Turkic people

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

See also #3 and #4, most of the other people in those images look quite 'white' as well, even though they're Jordan Arabs

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Was he not also in an episode of Star Trek once?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

He played an Ensign in an episode of Star Trek Voyager

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He was supposed to come speak to one of my classes in college while he was visiting the US. Sadly a snowstorm kept him from making it but1/2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

2/2 he made a video for the class . Wish he could've made it though, it would've a fantastic lecture

Did you have to put them in shitty 3 second gifs? Why not just the fucking picture and the bit of text. Save us mobile users the damn hassel

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

not just you mobile user, I just didn't watch in the end 'cause it's a fucking hassle

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I will keep your suggestion in mind next time. Have a good day!

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

FYI He's half British.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

That explains how he's the spitting image of my bank manager

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

His Mother (the british half) played field hockey on a British Army base in Malaysia. It's like badass just runs in their blood.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Now do the king of Canadia! Let's see what's he's ever done???

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Canadia?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Abdullah is one of the few secular leaders in the middle east. A few more like him, and radical Islam wouldn't leave the slums of Riyadh.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

and his official state owned religious TV station teaches that jews murder babies and use their blood to make matza.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Yummy

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Would we call Riyadh a slum?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not the whole city, but I'm sure they have them.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Having lived there, i can assure you, it is one of the most developed cities in the middle East. Quite nice actually. (If you're a guy!)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's neat is he's the only leader that can actually trace his lineage to Mohammad so he's kinda a big deal in the Muslim world

9 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 2

There a tons of people who claim that though? Ever meet anyone with the first name Syed?

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Not everyone who claims that can actually support that claim

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sayyid, +5 Muslim opinion

Fatimid dynasty!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Just needs to keep decadent family members in check. Rebellions are awful

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jordan really is by far the best country to live in in that entire region.

9 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 10

Oman has their shit in a decently straight, nifty pile too.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Israel actually is. But youd never admit hat.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 8

*cough*israel?*cough*

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 15

I would prefer not going to a place where the people want to subjugate Arabs; and continually egg-on Hamas.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 13

Then is "astonished" when the Palestinian people throw rocks at them, and Hamas sends rockets into Israel (even though no one dies). 2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 12

You might want to get your signature dildo out of your ass, it's making you angsty.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Then they retaliate by sending their own back, which kills innocents. Seriously Fuck Israel, without us they'd have calmed the down by now.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 12

I duno, are you Jewish?

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

about 20-25% of Israel's population, including supreme court judges and the commanders of its most feared infantry battallion, aren't.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you're Jewish, yes :p

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 4

About 20-25% of the population, including supreme court judges and commanders of its most feared infantry battalion, aren't jews.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You're better off a Muslim in Tel Aviv than any other city near the mediterranean. True for most other groups/religions. That said...

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Tel Aviv & Israel are two completely different things lol :) it's like different countries :)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

It's really pretty much the same, only Tel Aviv has more cars and hipsters.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Not knowing when a terrorist rocket will kill your family and mandatory military service sure are awesome.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 6

Yeah not really the case in Tel Aviv, and still far better than living in Syria or Egypt and most of Jordan :)

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

So Tell Aviv is exempt from mandatory military service?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Not officially, but many find ways around it t get out of it. It's not as frowned upon socially here.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And the most friendly with Israel. Probably not a coincidence.

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 4

Turkey and Egypt are friendly with them too.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They are the only reason Israel even survived the first year.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 8

That's...not true at all. Jordan launched a war with the rest of the Arab League (Egypt, Syria) the day Israel declared independence.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 7

And they took in a half million displaced Refugees and granted them Jordanian citizenship, had they not done that Israel would have failed.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Ok first off the Arab League told people to leave so they could commit genocide, those aren't "refugees" they're participants.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

So they led a war and lost but took in refugees and this is explained by you as being the primary reason Israel survived? OK!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Second off Jordan was explicitly created as an "Arab homeland in British Palestine". It IS the state from the "two state solution"

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

third they illegally occupied the west bank after a war of genocide, had they not given people citizenship THEY would have failed.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What good is a King if he will not lead when his people need him most?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Conversely, what good is a commander if he's wiped out and can't lead his men?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I just want to mention that he heavily cracked down on the press. That's not to say he's pure evil or anything but it should be brought up.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I did not know that, and yes it should be noted.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The good king, as my middle east prof liked to call him. He understands the region, and uses his power effectively.

9 years ago | Likes 238 Dislikes 0

yes, but he's still kind of a piece of shit to his own people, but i mean by middle east standards he's great

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 31

or really any standards at this point *glares at America and most of Europe*

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 28

Could you elaborate?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

He's the gentlest of the old school American backed middle eastern autocrats, and incidentally one of the few still alive. He once threatend

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 13

his lead political rival with death, and in fact the man got the death sentence, and then was pardoned by the king - I would assume to send

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 5

Sources to back up your statement please?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

After ISIS killed that Jordanian pilot, the king rode into a revenge strike mission in the back seat of an F-16.

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

I want to point out that "killed" the pilot is an understatement. They lit him on fire while he was alive and standing in a cage.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My brother was there that day he helped load that plane.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Was he wheeling the handtruck for the Royal Balls?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

That's what we have general Mattis for.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

He'll probably just build a wall around himself though

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

He'd have the best exercises, might get lost on the way to them since he'd forget where they were though.

9 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 2

"These exercises, were tough tough exercises. They were tough I can assure of that. They were the best exercises. Best in the world."

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

He'd love hanging out with butterbars

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you suggested it to him, he'd tell you he exercises more than anyone in the military. Believe him

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Golf is tough.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He looks like he'd pass out at 1.2 G's and then blame the pilots

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Pilots, nothing, he'd blame the Earth and then ramp up climate change just to show it who's boss. "Grab 'er by the Arctic!"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 144 Dislikes 1

Gotta hand it to the guy, that looks like a damn good golf swing

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Now just to be devil's advocate, Trump is a fair bit older in comparison, and in his prime wasn't Trump part of a military academy?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 11

Wearing snazzy uniforms and marching doesn't really compare to the actual military.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Boarding School, it may have Included marching but it did not include useful training or experience.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

He got a "medical deferment" from the draft...

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

I heard he also got an educational deferment, but I'd have to double check.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

For heel spurs, despite playing basketball for the school team. Permanently exempted as being medically unfit. I think they meant "mentally"

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Wasn't that just the thing to do when you were rich in those times? Not to say that wasn't shitty, but that doesn't really show he couldn't

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

It's not whether he could or not, it's more about whether he would. And the answer to that, in my opinion, is fuck no he wouldn't.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Fair enough, since we have empirical evidence that he didn't

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Private Pyle

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Private Pyle is actually a good shooter. And he grew up to be Kingpin.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nah, Private Pyle was a competent shooter. Trump probably misses the pot when he takes a piss.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Uhhh you didn't call me a pineapple

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't think trump is into exercises of any kind

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 2

He plays enough golf

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Golf is not exercise. It's a business deal with a couple of swings thrown in.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He likes exercising power

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

And exercising his mouth + thumbs

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He is 70+ years old, I would like to see you try when you“re 70+ if you even make it that far.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

How about 50 years ago when he could but instead got a health exemption?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Shit if I was him I would have done the same thing, why would he waste his time and effort in the military with his IQ and opportunities

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

his dad was a piece of shit. hes actually a pretty smart dude. didnt want to be leader, got thrust into it. plus he has a super hot wife. +1

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

His dad was a rare human being and leader, and it is reflected by how well the current king was raised.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

I met his Dad at the white house on a tour in 93....shook the whole tour's hands. Seemed like a nice dude.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

I don't understand. He became King in 1999, over a decade before the founding of ISIS?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

but his arab neigbours were all cunts. palestinians did their best steal his country. syrian/iraqi ba'athists, & egypt were all failed hawks
