There's no laws here in the US on that. Most mothers that I have met started going into labor while at work actually.

Das crazy. In austria Mutterschutz starts 8 weeks before due. If your works includes heavy work it starts 30 weeks before. If pregnancy 1/2

In the Netherlands it's 16 weeks 4-6 weeks before due dat rest after. Heavy/dangerous work means providing work that isn't that. 1
