What is this?
Hi guys, I'm just looking for help with something. It's hard to explain. I am able to do something with my body which I cannot explain. I can't find anything conclusive online and I wold just like to see if anyone here has heard of it or even has the same 'ability'.
Ever since I can remember I've been able to make my body tingle on command. I can do this whenever I want. Either when lying completely still or walking around it doesn't make a difference. It never happens without me inducing it.
It's very hard to explain. It's almost as if there is a ball of energy inside my body and I can activate it whenever I want. The feeling starts in my chest and the longer I keep it going the more intense it becomes and I can feel it in my fingers and head.
I'm sure there is an explanation for this I just can't find it.
I have heard people mention ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) but that doesn't sound like what I'm feeling. Nothing triggers this feeling. I completely control it.
It's like a mild electrical current flowing through me.
I would just like to know if a nine has something similar or has heard of this?
P.s. I know I'm not an X-Man. Science is my God and I believe almost everything can be explained through science.
So let's science away. What's going on here?

I've managed to do something similar, but it takes a lot of meditation to do it. It's easier to do when on THC (I rarely smoke, once a year)
