They have very limited ways to communicate, plus one of those ways is headbutting and they use it in a range of situations and you can only really tell which they meant after the headbutt (if they're jubilant and acting like a dog they're messing with you and happy, if they're head down still facing you they're upset/annoyed, but you just got headbutted all the same). There's nibbling which means they like you, then humping which is polite in goat society but a little too familiar for my liking.

I'm a grown ass man and wanna go pet a fuckin emu or a baby goat or something too, animals are life. unfortunately I've not found any real petting zoos that arent just aimed at children, and being a guy alone at a place meant for children, even if its just to play with animals, just feels like its gonna turn into a problem.
