Ivorys story

This is the day I adopted my sweet girl. She was the first one else I looked at and I knew the second I met her she was the one for me. Sorry for the picture of me, but the shelter takes pictures of everyone that adopts a pet with their new found family member.

Ivory on her way to our house. She's about 4 years old. Her own gave up her and her sister ebony, however ebony was already adopted when we went. Or else we would've got both.

This is Frankenmouse. At the time of this post he is on surgery #7. He was her first toy with us. She was given up because she attacked (she actually only bit him once cause he was being aggressive first) another dog that belonged to her previous owners brother.

We didn't know much about her as she was shy when we got her. It took her a couple months to warm up. This is my favorite picture of her because she's so stinkin cute in it. She's a cuddle bug. She is a lap dog even though she's a little big.

This is her after being with us for 4 months. She has helped me through a lot. She is my lil dog baby. She's put on a few lbs from being spoiled. She gets 3 to 4 walks a day and lots of loving from everyone she meets. It breaks my heart I don't have her sister but I hope she's in a good home. I don't understand dog owners that give up their pup for 1 small incident. She's never been mean to anyone or anything while I've had her. Sorry for the sappy dogmom post but I'm so happy and thankful for her everyday. I moved 30 hours away from my family for my husbands military career and I'm glad she's by my side to help me through it.
