245lbs to 218lbs.
In June I hit rock bottom. I am smiling in the photo but I was beyond unhappy. But I should have been happy walking in the Pride Parade as a gay man right? It hurt even more knowing that my dating life was none existent and my longest relationship was 3 dates during a weekend where we celebrated love.
Decided to change. Changed my diet and worked out. Nothing extreme and I still enjoyed cake and alcohol from time to time.
I still have 20ish lbs to lose but I'm ready to get myself back out there and see if I can get to a 4th date.
Down vote to hell because I probably deserve it.
