You failed by using ham instead of bacon cubes

I do love these so much. At my old job there was this really great Itlaian place that sold these.... Could eat a million of them.

Is it imperative to perform steps in slow motion?

This is the food pyramid our forefathers wanted us to have before the USDA decided to fuck it all up. +1 NOTE:*needs better ham*

Yep, the ham in the gif is terrible.

Yessss

I always make ham and cheese omlets using left over Christmas ham. I'll have to try this recipe this year

For anyone new to cooking, learn how to peel garlic and you'll never have garlic powder in your home again.

Take something flat, the side of a big knife will do as you're probably about to chop it anyway, and crush it just enough that it cracks.

Chop an end off and it will peel easily. This may seem trivial to others, but I wish someone had told me when I started cooking for myself.

I had Arancini in Sicily many years ago. They're really good!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Smaller! More surface area!

These slow motion delicate recipe videos are WAY better than the cursing, "now you melt some fucking cheese.." narratives

Can be used as @nal plug?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Headed to Sicily next week and I'm about to eat these for every meal.

Arancini is like Italian Onigiri and I love it.

I read that as "Giant Ham and Cheese Arachnid" and was a bit scared.

I shall make this...it will look nothing like this

Leaving for Slovenia in a couple of hours. It's going to be a 7H trip by bus, so I decided to skip dinner. Now I hate you.

WTF is seasoned salt?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

First you soak the salt in salt...

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

It's pretty darn good with the right foods

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But what is it? Salt seasoned with.....?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The most common brand has onion garlic paprika and tumeric. Look for lawrys it's really good on fries

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

-1 for garlic powder. :(

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 12

Agreed. Since you are sauté the onions, just add a bit of garlic in there too. Not that hard.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

It takes like 25 seconds to peel a clove and put it through a press. Powder is unnecessary and almost blasphemous in this scenario.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Any bits of garlic that are on the outside edges? Gonna burn when you deep fry it.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That looks regular size to me o.o

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I came.
