The bone structure looks right. The organs are in the right spot. They're just not showing muscle or fat tissue.

Intestines would definitely be larger, and that fat distribution is pretty unlikely

It most likely doesn't take gravity into account. Even with that and the intestines being a bit small it's still pretty accurate.
