I have since broken 2 pens, a bag clip, and ruined my cuticles. Any tips to help fidgeting would be great. Or like less obnoxious fidgeting

Rubik's Cube? 3x3's are easy to learn how to solve, just a few algorithms to memorize.

I have a stressrelief ball/egg thingy that is made of some sort of rubber. You can twist and squeeze it. Obviously makes no sounds :)

I have one! And I love it but only the sides that make noise help and the clicking makes people think I'm panicking or something :/

Buy a fidget, and no I don’t mean a fidget spinner. They’re small box shaped object with different sections to play with.

Sometimes. It's really difficult to ignore but it's like another bad habit really you just put up with it till it goes away

Have you tried twisting paper clips or those bread ties for loaves of bread? It might help :)

Another thing I loved doing as a kid. Taking a small lump of Play-Doh and just having it my pocket to be able to fidget with it at any time
