I'll take it!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

$50, that's the best I could do and I'm taking a chance.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'll buy but my insurer doesn't have a category for space shuttle.

I am a real person and not a bot. I ask you to prove you am legitimate seller, and not a bot two. Please transmit the code I respond you.

The pioneers used to ride these babies for miles

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Throw in a set of winter tires and you got yourself a deal

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I just learned he died last year :(

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, he decided against solitaire and gave Minesweeper a try. Tragic. All jokes aside, the old man was pretty legit.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

No. In the 80's you had to choose.. space or solitaire?

7 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Well that's a damn easy choice.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Nah I bet you could rig that thing to play Solitaire. If some dude can get a McDonalds register to play Doom, we can do rocket-powered cards

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"No low ballers, I know what I've got"

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

wanna trade?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What if....you turned it into a house. Oh I've become an adult.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey! I used to have that same model. Had to get rid of it because it used too much gas.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

The longest shuttle mission - STS-80 - had a mean fuel consumption of 11 mpg. Which, for what its worth, is better than I expected.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

For real though, I've been to the Atlantis display at Cape Canaveral and it is really an awesome showcase of this historical craft.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's cheaper than most homes on the east or west coast! Give it to some hipster to renovate the inside into a home

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But how are the O rings?

7 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

I assume they're new along with the bearings and other seals, but it's good to make sure. I'll ask the launch manager.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They'll be fine as long as you don't launch at an air temperature of 29 degrees Fahrenheit.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

we might Need Another Seven Astronauts

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ragged the fuck out.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

they're fine, go at throttle up

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Bring it to gamestop for $7.50

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Aerodyne is charging 60 million for each of those RS-25 engines so this is a real steal.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I mean, the value drops by half the moment you fly one off the lot....

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ill give you 500 for it

7 years ago | Likes 90 Dislikes 0

I'll give $500,000, so worth it

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

750, that's as low as I'll go.

7 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Atlantis? Pass. Call me when the Enterprise is available.

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

LOL, you mean the one that cant go into space?

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I mean...technically none of them can go into space. That's why everyone uses the Soyuz.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

*slaps roof of shuttle* "This baby can hold so many spy satellites"

7 years ago | Likes 106 Dislikes 3

Or @op's mom.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

She probably can. Been through quote a few dudes in her days

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's just the one satellite really

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Tiny Spy satellites?

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Cubesats!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

* Solid Rocket Boosters not included.

7 years ago | Likes 259 Dislikes 3

That's where they get you.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Eh, they're just oversized angry pringles cans anyway

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Has it had the timing belt serviced?

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Neither is the external fuel tank.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nope. Also imagine it would need a fresh set of thermal layering/tiles on the underbelly (assuming returning to Earth is an objective ?).

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that’s going to be a deal breaker for me. Also I don’t have $450 k.

7 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

You only need to suck 22500 dicks.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In a row?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Unless you can do them all at once.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It was a line from "Clerks"

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It says OBO, how close can you get?

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I’ve got $80 cash and a handful of change.

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

offer it and see, depending on your rounding error it's not that far off

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey man, I'll chip in $50 if I can get a ride in it!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It said no low ball offers, you need at least $95

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Delivery is going to be a real Challenger.

7 years ago | Likes 316 Dislikes 9

I’m sure some research will lead to Discovery in this Enterprise and/or Endeavor. Just don’t get stuck reading wikis on Atlantis. Colombia

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Some assembly required

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Some folks who had a similar one got burned.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wow. Wow.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Better hope the deal doesnt blow up in his face.

7 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 1

Too soon

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Oh...that hurts...I actually watched the challenger blow up from my schools backyard.

7 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I was one of the thousands of 2nd graders that watched it go on live TV. Gallows humor is how I cope/roll baby!
