The brand new Nvidia Titan Xp has about 12 (tflops) trillion flops. 1080 has 9 tflops. 1070 has 6.5 tflops. 1060 has 3.8 tflops.

The titan x non-p is referred to as titan Xm (maxwell) then came the titan xP (pascal(1)) and the newest titan x is the titan xp (pascal(2))

I think you are getting your values mixed up. 11 FLOPS is literally nothing. The 1080ti can push over 11 TFLOPS (11 trillion flops). (1)
