This is my 18 year old dog Scruffy. I have had him since I was six and he has recently started to have seizures recently and it has been decided that he is going to sleep tomorrow. I have not been home often the last two years because of college and I regret not being able to spend more time with him in his twilight years. I will be with him tomorrow when he goes that can be counted on but I am going to miss him so much.

I was 16 when we had to do this. I was there to the end, and still sad to this day. But it was kinder to put her out than watch her suffer.

I'm so very sorry. If you can, maybe look into in-home euthanasia. He could fall asleep in a safe, familiar place... Sending all the love!

My best bud died when I was 14, hit by a car. Parents asked if I wanted to see him once more. I was upset, so I didn't. Biggest regret.
