A volunteer teacher, Kanchan Yadav, lends her time to the pupils. Her own kids go to a private school, but she still insists on making sure these students are able to build their educations (and hopefully careers).
The founder of the school, Rajesh Kumar, is a college dropout because he couldn't afford to attend. He wants the students to achieve what he wasn't able to.
Girls attend school from 2pm-4pm, while the boys are there from 9am-11am.
Studying hard, because she can.

Not in all places. I saw some local charities that helped put children (of all castes) & orphans through school. Many in rural areas.
