Moving from the east coast, so i definitely have a firm "boston chill" thing going on. And i'm a firm 3 cups a day coffee drinker! :)

Buy some "full spectrum" lights. It helps in the winter. The first 2 winters are tough. My wife almost left me when we moved here from CO.
