I'm pretty sure they didn't mind the fact that it was on mobile as much as it wasn't coming to PC or consoles

Thing is, most people aren't even upset at no D4. It's over the fact that they hyped up for blizzcon and ONLY announced a lore based game 1)
outside of the platform the franchised was based on, then mocked the fans who wanted a PC version.
