Ever since high school my buddy and I have loved coming up with wild business ideas. We finally decided to sent it and purchase a teardrop with hopes of renting it out! Here is The Forest Cottage in all of her glory. ~Oh la la~

I'd add New Mexico. Lots of people come to visit only. Been here over a year and parks are almost always full and the same for hotels

As someone who helps manage rental property... Be careful! You wouldn't believe how little people care when they don't own it.

Check to see if you can find insurance for these things in case they get stolen or destroyed. Hopefully it won't break the bank.
