Cheesy Popcorn

Ingredients
- Popcorn
- Nutritional Yeast (I really prefer buying this stuff in bulk at Whole Foods cause it's cheaper, the Bob's Mills stuff here was like $11)
- Olive Oil
- Salt (I've got me some flaked kosher salt, it's pretty good)
- Paprika

This little doohicky is a microwavable popcorn maker from Pampered Chef (warning: it's MLM - my mom "works" with them and gave me this). It does what it's supposed to and I use it often, so I can't complain. I've got about 1/4 cup dry kernels in here - it works better when it's not weighed down by oil and other stuff.

You can do this in a regular pot, too.

Awkward hand angle. I've got it in for 2:20 seconds.

It's all popped, now it's time to give it some flavor. Here I am pouring some good ol' olive oil in - you should do this first because it makes everything else that's going to be put in stick better. After this I sprinkled in a good dash of salt and mixed it up. I did a taste test, added some more salt and olive oil, mixed it up, and then went onto the next step.

And here is the B12 cheese bomb added in with some paprika.

Everything's all mixed up, so time to eat! From start to finish it took about four minutes. Hope everyone enjoyed!
