what about "America First" which was started after WWI as a splinter organization from the KKK, promoting white supremacy, anti-semitism and was used as inspiration by Hitler for his anti-semetic laws; the "America First" groups were openly waving nazi flags and supporting Hitler at rallys on American Soil - the very group (along with the AFC) that had a nazi rally in Madison Square Garden in 1939 waving german nazi flags or the fact that nazi flags are carried frequently by trump supporters

Unfortunately most of the right has learned to skirt bans like that. They use different flags, they focus more on islamophobia than antisemitism, they let a lesbian woman be the leader of the AfD (for the moment). But every time some internal chats get leaked you see they're as fascist as it gets.

The Mods handled it very well, IMHO. They were in a tough spot. (I know because I discussed with the Head of Content Moderation). Imgur got out of control, and instead of trying to be heavy-handed, they let it happen, auto-tagged everything mature, and blocked the content from FP beginning on the 27th. It's probably the best case of well-managed moderation since the revolt over publicly posted nudity /gallery/gifs-notes-version-of-last-48-hours-on-imgur-aKJq9 (before your time)

One person had their post removed, posted about it, and then everyone in UserSub posted it in support. Maybe a couple of people also had it removed, but you're forgetting the literal hundreds and hundreds, of posts. The moderation team discussed it and decided to allow it, autotag them mature, and hide them from the FP beginning on the 27th (because FP had become saturated to the point that no other content got through.
And I know that because I discussed it with the Head of Content Moderation.
