#37 for full accuracy there needs to be a “sanity” meter. Once it depletes the stamina meter starts dropping rapidly followed by health.
Different character classes (neurotype) base capacity & refill of those meters on different attributes/perks.
“Normal folk” base sanity meter on CHR & gain/lose depending on how they score compared to the group.
ADHD: INT & END & gain by following a wandering “focus box”.
ASD: INT/END but gain from talking to same and/or about special interests.

ADHD can sometimes get/develop a “split focus” perk that creates more focus boxes (and quick switching can cause less sanity drain for staying closer to “on topic” at some cost to stamina).
ASD can get/develop a “translation” perk where they can reduce drain talking to “normal” types if they are esp high/low CHR or INT.
AuDHD play w/ BOTH ADHD & ASD systems (and their limitations and perks) and have to constantly “offset” or “compound” pros/cons like a glass cannon build.
