For fun I make hot sauce. It’s a fun hobby where I can experiment with different flavors. Here are my different creations. I haven’t made any recently because I’ve been busy as a teacher, but I’ll think of some new ones soon! Here are my favorites and links to their recipes.

I nicknamed it, The Triple B. I had a less intense version called Blueberry Butthole Tickler or BBT.

Your butthole must be throughly leathered as an Arizona outlet mall by now.

Not as bad as you think. I go through these over a long period of time so I don’t make that many

What do you do with the strained out mash? That's my favorite part

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Depends. I might filter it back in to thicken it. I’ve also blended it all together as a thick salsa material.

You again!! I followed your honeycrisp recipe a while back with chillis I grew. Totally banging. I’ll be doing all this year hopefully.

Love the idea for patron bottles for hot sauce

I bet they pour nicely also

They work really well since they are wide mouthed

Did you not have to boil them and such like with canning? I just wouldn't have thought stickers would stay thru that

So I sanitize and clean them. The stickers aren’t really an issue.

Rarely do I use patron bottles. I buy small Ball brand glass jars.
