Because the Kessel run is is a smugglers trade route that travels by a cluster of black holes... so anyone who can do it in less parsecs
Has to come closer to the danger of the black holes in order to travel shorter so basically have huge nuts and be a good pilot. Boom.

Exactly, that's the point. It makes sense if you consider getting close to a black hole or something as it was once described to me.

The Kessel Run is an extremely dangerous route leading close to the Maw Cluster of black holes. the closer you get to the black holes, 1/2

You can get a car at 16, which is the average age for most students Year 10-11. Some states are more lenient on permits; early as 15.5 YO.
g011um
Probably 15-18 if it's a Grade 9-12 school. Some kids will get a license in grade 10. Grade 11 & 12 for sure will have one.
VagisilToothpaste
More like 13/14 until they're 17 (most kids I graduated with hadn't turned 18 yet). Licenses by 16, not many had cars tho.
Well 16 for permit and you need a certain amount of hours before you can get the liscence. Most people have cars to drive from parents.
Qumefox
Depends on when. When I was in HS, I got permit at 15 and license at 16. This was early 90's
It can vary depending on state. Permit age for CA is 15 and a half, plus 40 hours of supervised driving for/until license at 16.
