not bad. I'd up the GPU to a 1060/1070 at least to prevent GPU bottlenecks for some games. 1050 is fairly budget but meh for newer i5/i7 rig

thanks this is my first pc so budget cuts had to happen. I'm looking forward to a 1070/60 and an unlocked processor in the future

Consider second hand 7600K if you need the overclocks. itll save you cash and still get you exact same product. also get beefier cooler.

Unlocked ones are great but if its purely for gaming its not worth it for budget rigs. 10-15% more FPS but much higher price.

i would keep CPU as is, return z270 board and go for cheaper H270 based mobo. itll save you a decent chunk to put towards better GPU
