Wait, wasn’t faces of death “real live” deaths?! I still remember the frat boy we got a 50’ bungee cord to jump off the 40’ building. Or the skydiver whose parachute didn’t open and he straight bounced. Or the Canadian tourist that got too close to a grizzly bear in maybe Yellowstone. 🤔

so I learnt later on faces of death was just staged but… apparently “traces” was not 👀 mind you I’m not sure as I was told this many years ago lol I remember seeing the ending to one of them and just being like welp - I’m done for the day.

Yeah, that’s why I added the “real live” lol, I was told they were staged back in those days too. I’m pretty sure I saw at least one of the traces of death but can’t fully recall 🤷

I watched the 1st two or three waaaay back in the mid 80's.
Some of that shit seemed fake, but most was all too real.
I could never watch anything like that now.
