Yup. I'm 29 and I'm so stoked to go home have a snack and get some good sleep, before 10

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The best way to deal with this is to eat something worth napping over. Like the huge T-bone I just grilled.

Food tends to make people tired, plus its not strange if you sleep earlier during the week or you're in a region that gets dark sooner

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

our bodies begin to produce melatonin when it gets darker (well when blue light levels get alot lower) hence the tiredness.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You could flood your room with light i suppose, LCDs produce the light that reduces your brain's production but that only will mess up

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

your actual sleep schedule for the week so I wouldnt suggest that.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Caffeine also wouldnt suggest, it tends to aid in the whole messing up hormones and beyond that, this is the easiest way to get addicted

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

hence all the coffee addictions.
