So much has changed in a year...

My daughter Zoey was due on Halloween last year.

Instead she decided to join us mid-August, a full 10 weeks early.

Multiple times during the pregnancy, we thought we had lost her.

First, when my wife had to do immunosuppressive therapy for an auto-immune disorder.
Second, when my wife started having contractions at 20 weeks in.
Third, when her water broke 11 weeks early.

This was her first picture.

I could talk about bad, scary, or rough times... but instead...

Here she is in her first halloween costume!

Dressed as a monkey, standing and walking on her own, playing peek-a-boo for hours on end. I just figured you guys would enjoy seeing her. :)
