I really don't get it.

I'm all for people being who they feel they are. Dress and act as feminine or masculine as you like. But that doesn't change your sex. I'm not assuming your gender when I use a pronoun, I'm assuming your sex. And by all means correct me if I assumed the wrong sex, and I will feel embarrassed.

And for those who don't think this is a thing outside of SJWs on Tumblr and other sites, many college professors and other employees have been adding "preferred pronouns" at the end or their emails. I received a couple this past month...
