Sort of. You have to haul all the stuff to the base first, then haul it all the way up the wall. Water is by far the heaviest part.

Hauling up the wall isn't too bad if the wall is steep/overhung. Only gets hard when the wall is less than vertical (friction).

Most annoying part is hauling your stuff down after you're done, because the descent can be tedious/dangerous and you're super tired
