So much better than those lame writing prompts that are floating around. +1

I guess they were nice except for the sleeping beauty one... Like wow ok...

IMO some of these (#5 and #9 most of all to me) tell a better story in one image than I could tell in a short story, and even some novels.

Bloody brilliant!

I'd like to frame the comic at #3 and hang it up at Halloween time.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Working on my first D&D campaign. Will definitely be using most all of these as quests! Thanks so much for the inspiration!

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

#3 is inspired by the game costume quest, those are the main characters and that is the premise. it is an rpg.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This post makes me want to try getting into writing.

#9- "But that was before."

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The one with the kid in the tree reminds me of SCP001 When Day Breaks but that kid wouldn't have survived either.

#4 is just the entrance to the Forbidden Land from SoTC, you can't fool me

Fuckin’ hell Aurora....

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

First picture, do you have a source?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I saw The Neverending Story in there...

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

The scene was one of my favorites as a child. It also creeped me out.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Laser angels right been a few years since I've seen it.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah! They guard the gate, and know when you’re scared. Not terrifying or anything... nope.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

No credits for the artists? As usual, people don't give a fuck and take art from anywhere, make a compilation and life goes on. Despicable.

"Welcome to the Internet, Despicable."

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nearly all of the pictures have watermarks with the artists details.

I bet you're a delight at parties. Just google the picture

#5 S293KD5 crouched even lower to avoid the burning gaze of the spotlight. A quick glance down to confirm the child still slept soundly; a

poorly timed cry could spell disaster. The concordat enforcement models might be slow and bulky, but their sensor package was top of the

line, and they would call for a much more agile hunter unit at the slightest disturbance. "So close," thought KD5, "only 138.73 m to the

bunker. And safety" If the enforcement units found them, they would take the child, and all the weeks of planning would be ruined. KD5 had

heard that infants were much tastier if butchered fresh, and he wanted his first taste of human to be perfect.

Does anyone know: Is #27 a photograph of a real place or a still from the TV show Dominion?

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Looks like Dubai.

Thanks!

One of those images is a temple in Bali

8 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

Several of the images are not pictures of a temple in Bali.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

All but one.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's a good start. Go on...

Death to Lois : What do you see in this guy?!

This isn't the most inspired and epic saga ever written, it's just a tribute

Couldn't remember the most inspired and epic saga ever written, this is just a tribute

I’m no writer, but would be interested in reading something’s written from image prompts like these

This one time I was on a boat and it sank and later trees grew out of it. The end.

#9 shows a good bit of promise

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

That's like, the only one. Most of these make for super shitty 'prompts'.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In fact enough I may just make something off of it.

#3 is Costume Quest. Surprisingly fun little game. Not great, but glad I played through it once.

8 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 0

I loved it! It's the coolest tribute to cheesy old homemade Halloween costumes and the trick-or-treating adventure.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I mostly loved it, but battles fell into repetitiveness. Very little actual strategy in how you dressed or when you deployed your special >>

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I guess that's true. Stickers were mostly a small range of effects too, mainly stat boosts. Not much depth there.

moves (every third turn, like clockwork). I loved the idea, the art, the general style and wit, but I just wish combat had more going on >>

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and maybe a few more out-of-combat puzzles that forced you to work out costume combos to solve them more. But still a fun game.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Some of these are screenshots from games or cinema, Costume Quest already mentioned, Also "Last of us"; mad max; LOTR and Game of Thrones

8 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 1

Don't forget the neverending story

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed this. Especially poor taste in putting something from League of Losers in it.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

The balance may be bad, and the community the epitome of toxic, but the Art and Story Team is on point.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Th community is why I don't ply anymore. Could only handle being told to slit my wrists so many times before I deleted the game.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm British, so whilst I'm sure I constantly see that, I don't speak the same language as 90% of EUW users....Ignorance is bliss!

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I played back before the EUW servers were even online. And it was already a cesspit of filth and too many fucking kids.
