If you want fun Japanese To British stuff, try the Xenoblade games and their english dubs. Sassy Welsh Catgirls, Bird women calling roided out robots "Muppets", it's perfect.

Heh, so context on this manga is there's, for some reason, a running gag where people keep doing new translations for the first few chapters of the manga. There's like, twenty different ones on Mangadex. Most of them are taking the piss.

Not really, that's more played up for the internet. You can say it in a friendly way - "You're a good cunt" - sure, but much more likely you'll hear it used as an epithet - "What a dumb cunt".
And it's *absolutely* not used in polite conversation. More Aussies are offended by it than not. It's generally considered a bit of a class marker, used mostly by bogans (Aussie version of rednecks).
