Proud I kept her alive for 1 year!

I am proud of my accomplishment of keeping my daughter healthy and alive for her first year with my mama milk.
So we did milk bath photos to celebrate.

She has severe allergies to diary and soy, and going diary and soy free for one year has to of been the hardest year for self control! But I did it, and I am damn proud of myself for doing so.
I year down, 1 to go!

Diary protein allergy and lactose is different.. she can't digest any protein found in diary.. so lactose free doesn't work.. I tried that first.. big mistake.

We discovered soy protein when she exorcist vomited for hours and ran a fever..

Also she's allergic to watermelon! Never heard of that before until last week when we thought she needed an emergency room visit.

Also next time you have a slice of pizza, don't take that for granted, there are people like me, who cannot indulge and die a little inside whenever I see a domino's delivery car.

You may not even realize how much diary and soy is in everything that is tasty and delicious.
