The police did not take my BAL because I appeared to be that intoxicated and incoherent and I'm guessing they were feeling complacent.
I have had a scan and documented everything. I had an active brain bleed I was admitting into the ICU for two day to make sure it was not getting worse. Day 3 I am out, I am confused, and I am angry that the police that did not take me to an emergency department. This was my 4th concussion I sustained two while deployed in Afghanistan. I am freaking out because the symptoms are lasting so much longer now...

Report the cops it is their job to keep you alive as in a breathalyzer/BAL test then to the hospital when lack of alcohol becomes apparent.

4th concussion is a bit of an overhaul, you need to be VERY careful about getting hit again, 5th & 6th could result in brain damage issues

The nurse or LVN that triaged me while going into the holding cell was an idiot. Vomiting and unable to speak does not instantly mean drunk.

In rugby, I have by my count had 12 minor concussions and 2 major. Eyesight and coordination come back. Short term memory is god awful 1/

For me. The worst thing I would say is that something very very minor will occasionally get me furious beyond everything which never 2/
