Coat Brie in raspberry jam. Roll out croissant dough and generously butter one side. Place raspberry coated Brie in the centre of thoroughly buttered croissant dough. Fold over and encase Brie in doughy goodness. Brush top with more butter. Bake in oven for half an hour. Voila. Sweet. Baby. Cheesus.
