There's two major things about this: 1) trump has already made his social media posts an official way to announce policy, so if she is making posts under the official account with zero way to distinguish between what is and isn't hers, that's a major breach in security and policy protocol. 2) she is filtering most of not all information that is getting to the president. He is making decisions based on what she tells him, making her the one effectively making the decisions.
