The handler is trying to train the dog to stay calm & in a down position, even in a new & exciting situation. Very important for a SD-to-be.

It's still in training. Disneyland is used as a training ground for future service dogs a lot because it is such an ultimate test for them.

sights, new experiences, and 1000 kids trying to pet them. No matter how well-trained, they are still dogs, and Disney isn't easy for them.
