There are a few different types of khachapuri. This is the worst one in my opinion. Megrelian is basically cheese stuffed cheesy bread.
walruslover2017
There's a place in pittsburgh who makes these... they are heavenly

I'm sorry, but that just looks like way too much cheese.

How does one go about eating this?
Rip off pieces of bread and dip them in the cheese. Other types are easier to eat. They're more like pizza.
doogal15
I’m doing that tomorrow. 1 sleep to go.

Dude makes some of the tastiest, yet easiest things I've seen on youtube. His chicken parm dip is painfully delicious!

I love Chef John and his stupid rhymes. Also everything I've done following his recipes have turned out great.
I made his Million Dollar Chicken and it was amazing! And as ah-wheeze... IN-joy...
I've yet to actually make any of his recipes but I need those mozzarella puffs.
Make sure to try Million Dollar Dip. I did that for New Year's Eve and it was a hit! The only thing I need to point out in that recipe is ->
-> that select your mayonnaise wisely. A salty mayonnaise like Hellmann's seems to make the batch way too salty for many.

Chef John is the shit. I would have never though of putting cayenne pepper in mac & cheese.
Or in everything.
True, but to be fair, it does work surprisingly well in most things.

That was a fantastic preparation demo that really prepares you to make it. God damn the cadence of his voice drives me insane though.
Yeah, ya love it or hate it.

I couldn't stand it when I first encountered his videos, but over the years it grew on me. Rather fond of it now.
